Raymond Realty has been in the business since 1925, when Raymond started with textiles, and is now carrying the legacy of the Raymond Group. Started the Real Estate arm only more recently, in terms of time, leveraging on a huge land package in Thane. It has successfully constructed and launched towers like Ten X Habitat, Ten X Era and The Address, while new commercial retail space at Cadbury Junction on Pokhran Road is still being built. The company's flagship asset is over a hundred-acre plot in Thane-Vest, which has been developed in phased manner.
The company introduced itself to the capital markets in mid-2025, after it was demerged from the parent, Raymond Limited, and listed as a separate entity. Apart from its Thane base, the company has moved into redevelopment via its subsidiary Ten X Realty, that inked joint development agreement with Mahim and Wadala to create a gross revenue pipeline that has seen it shoot to immense proportions. The developer touts itself as being different from the norm and, like many in decades past, it betters itself on the foundation that Raymond has established on quality and reliability, and uses that assurance to persuade consumers to jump into an embryonic part of the company's history.
