Tridentia Developers set its real estate venture in 2004, initially established in Margao by Prudential Developers, founded to develop well-appointed properties for this small premium market of the South Goa. In 2014, the company was named Tridentia Developers and under the leadership of Paresh and Meghana Sawardekar have continued to carry out the business with focus on comfortable residences completed consistently to a high specification.
