LIFE. UPGRADED.
Project Overview
DLF Privana West, a premium residential destination developed by DLF Limited, the well-known brand presenting exclusive 4 BHK Apartments and Penthouses in Sector 76, Gurugram. Contrasting with the last pockets of nature in the Aravallis, the 05 towers sets anchor in India's one of the most sublimely commanding green expanse. This phase has been spread across the villages of Shikhopur and Kherki Daula in DLF Sector 76 and 77 and is not a stand-alone project, but the latest phase in the development of 116.29-acre integrated township that is being rolled out in a logical and step-by-step manner. The choice of the location is nothing coincidental – the setting from Golf Course Extension Road is just a short distance from forests of the Aravellis, and it is nestled in the corridor, which is a technical marvel.
Architecturally, the complex consists of five towers, each S+41 floors high, spread across the land area and green landscapes. The design is by Hong Kong and Singapore's design and development firm, HB Design, with just 63 residences per acre presented. As such freeing up close to 80 per cent of the land to landscape open space. Each residence here is a full four-bedroom dwelling to the lift core but the top two floor apartments not sharing a lift core, designed to suit privacy and not quantity. Behind this ambition is a dose of structural integrity from New York-based Thornton Tomasetti, which builds some of the world's most technically complex towers. As well as a dose of design know-how from Blink of Thailand, with chandeliers whitening out the marble floors and central AC on the ground floor.
Indoors, the master suite opens on to a 10-foot-wide balcony, each open onto balconies that are nearly ten feet wide with a spacious 15-ft living and dining spine in the middle. Unusual space is created throughout the building thanks to the tall floors, which attain 3.4 metres in height and 4 metres at the penthouses, and a four-speed lift solution with four fast ascenders, plus a separate lift that connects the courtyard on the roof with the basement area. The five blocks represent a commitment to privacy, since there is no apartment block out of which apartments look directly onto each other, and privacy is especially a rare commodity in the city.
