Project Overview
M3M Altitude at Sector 65 marks the rise of luxury class residential emblem by M3M India located on Golf Course Road Extn, Gurugram with 4.5 BHK Ultra-Luxury Suites and Skyline Pentsuites. Experience the life, where the Aravalli skyline meets the manicured fairways of Gurugram's most coveted address, a third icon now rises to complete a trinity that has already redefined vertical living on Golf Course Road Extension. This final chapter is the most extreme result of a series of towers that started with M3M St. Andrews, only to begin M3M Latitude and then move on to this latest, M3M Altitude — which did not begin as a separate story, but rather as a gradual progression of ambition.
The architectural language of the tower is composed by UHA London, the award-winning studio founded in 2011 under Jonas Upton-Hansen and Ricardo Mateu, whose portfolio spans Mexico, Dubai, Cyprus, and China, and whose earlier work with M3M has already found its way onto the cinema screen in the Oscar-nominated. Here, the design philosophy draws its cadence from the fluidity of waterfall. The towers' massing is further designed into slender vertical volumes, as such the façades wrapped in the cascading white ribbons tracing the memory of the waterfall’s descent from the summit to base. The design presents authentic architecture, while the louvers and mesh screens sharpen the sense of verticality and movement at ease.
Among the attraction is the crown at the summit of each tower gleams as a beacon of authority, its waterfall motif casting a majestic silhouette across the city after dusk, forming a signature that transform architecture into skyline iconography. Arrival itself is staged as theatre: vehicular drop-offs occur at the lower ground level beneath a dedicated porch, attended by doormen, butlers, valet attendants, and on-call private drivers, before residents ascend through not one but two grand double-height lobbies. Each of the facility is softened by landscaped sit-outs and are carried home by suite-exclusive high-speed elevators moving at four metres per second.
